Seclusion: Day 4 IFTL Mind, Body and Soul Challenge



Day 4:

Journal Entry (Part 1): Ponder on this quote.  Do theses words speak to you? How does it relate to you and your life? 

Challenge: Set the timer.  Commit to 30 mins of solitude, just you and your thoughts (no cellphones, no television, no Internet, no conversations with friends, no everyday distractions, etc… just you).  Let your mind speak to you.  What do you hear?

Journal Entry (Part 2): Describe your moment of solitude. Was it difficult? Do you believe it was beneficial?  How did it make you feel? Was there something that was imminent in your thinking during this challenge? If yes, what was it, and what are you going to do about it.

*Challenge Tips: Here are a few suggestions, you can:

  • Meditate
  • Go for a walk
  • Take a relaxing bath
  • Enjoy a glass of your favorite drink
